In short: we collect only what you send us through the contact form or by email, use it only to respond to you and, if you proceed, to prepare your assessment, and never sell it.
Who we are
This website is operated by Imimika LLC, Miami, Florida, USA ("Imimika", "we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can reach us at ray@imimika.com.
What we collect
When you use the "Discuss an Assessment" form or email us, we receive:
- your name, business email address and company
- your role, if you choose to give it
- the area of interest you select and anything you write in your message
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use it
- to reply to your inquiry and arrange a conversation
- if you decide to proceed, to prepare and deliver your assessment
- to keep a record of our correspondence with you
We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or use it to train AI models.
Legal basis
Where data protection law such as the EU GDPR applies, we process your information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement, and for our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf and only for the purposes above:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers contact-form messages to our inbox
- Google Workspace, which hosts our email
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website
Some of these providers may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we enter into an engagement, in which case we keep it for as long as needed for that engagement and our legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, email ray@imimika.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and limit access to it to the people who need it to respond to you.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
